This culinary position requires good communication skills as well as the ability to lead and develop coworkers in a team environment. Minimum of at least two years of previous pastry/baking experience. A Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred. Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate pastry skills including baking production, cake decorating, plate presentations basic equipment knowledge and basic recipe conversion skills. This person may be required to give direction in the absence of a supervisor. Ability to perform tasks with minimal to no supervision.
