  • Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transporting transportation,
  • Assists to direct traffic in the hotel's driveway,
  • Handles guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner,
  • Assists to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department,
  • Supervises employees within the department, making sure that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained,

Qualifications:
* Well developed Communication and Customer Relations Skills, * Well developed Computer Skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email and Opera, * Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels, * Good knowledge of Sydney, * Ability to organize the driveway, * Essential knowledge of Travel and Hotel industry.
