This is a wonderful opportunity to join a creative culinary team as an Overnight Chef de Partie in our In-Room Dining kitchen.

Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine you will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the preparation and production of dishes to the highest possible standard

• Assisting in maintaining a minimal food cost by preparing and storing food items correctly

• Ensuring a smooth operation of your section

• Assisting with the daily requisition of food and equipment items

• Ensuring proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times

• Mentoring, coaching and developing the team

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

• Flexible to work permanently the overnight hours

• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and Work Health & Safety standards

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar operation

• Excellent communication skills and a positive team player
