  • About the Role *

    Reporting to the Front Service Manager your main responsibilities will be for the correct handling of luggage, parking of valet cars and answering any guest queries. This role is critical to the hotel as you will be the first person guests see when they arrive to the hotel and also when they depart. To succeed in this role, you will have to be able to handle pressure well, work efficiently and maintain a 5 star level of service standard at all times. This position is a great pathway for someone wanting to gain experience working in the Front Office Department.

Qualifications:

In order to be successful you will need the following:

  • Experience in a similar position or hotel experience

  • Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster

  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to drive manual cars

  • Excellent grooming and personal presentation
