Hyatt Senior Event Sales Manager- Hyatt Regency Seattle in SEATTLE, Washington

The Hyatt Regency Seattle is recruiting for a Senior Event Sales Manager to be a part of this exciting pre-opening team! The Events team is ready to welcome this Senior Manager as soon is possible to begin selling our beautiful new property!

The Senior Event Sales Manager is responsible for selling the hotel's event space. Primary sales efforts are in Banquet Food, Beverage and Meeting Room Rental. This includes menu planning and agenda setting. The Senior Event Sales Manager must be able to communicate the services of the hotel to gain commitment from the customer. This manager will also provide guidance to Event Managers and Trainees and handle key accounts for the hotel, thus carrying the highest quota in the department.

As a member of the hotel’s pre-opening team, one must be resourceful, flexible and able to adapt to unusual and unexpected events and outcomes while remaining professional and focused on the job at hand. There may be occasions when requests will be made to assist in other areas of the hotel outside of the traditional events role.
