The Assistant Manager Front Office will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

You will be responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the front office department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling front desk operation and administration.

Qualifications:
* Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management * Minimum 1 year work experience as Assistant Manager –Front Office or 2 years as Team Leader Front Office with large scale hotel * Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays (mornings, afternoons and especially graveyard shifts) * Previous experience with Opera and Fidelio is an asset * Refined verbal and written communication skills * Must have previous customer service experience * Must have previous cash handling experience * Must be able to adapt and work in a diverse culture and environment * Must have proven experience in making quick and efficient decisions * *Due to strict regulation of Malaysian Immigration and Manpower Department, this position is open for Malaysian Nationals only
