In this position, you are part of the Human Resources teams of Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht and Hyatt Regency Amsterdam. * You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring our colleagues, ensuring we have the right recruitment strategy in place to meet the needs of the business. * You will map the appropriate applicant source to ensure we hire the right fit of people at the right time, making the most efficient use of our recruitment budget. * You will coach and support Managers in recruitment to ensure a best practice approach in line with appropriate legislation. * Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management. * Minimum 2 years work experience in talent acquisition/recruitment or Human Resources. * Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. * Fluent in English * Microsoft office advanced skills. * Passionate about service and care.
